Personal data that we collect via our website come directly from you. This happens when:

Part III. Processing of data in connection with the Website’s marketing activities

Below we present the rules for processing personal data that apply when you use and communicate with us via our profiles on social media platforms – LinkedIn, Facebook or other social media portals (hereinafter referred to as “fanpages” or “profiles”), as well as when you decide to subscribe to our marketing newsletter.


For what purpose are your data processed?

We process your data exclusively in connection with running our profiles on social media, including for the purpose of informing you about our activity and promoting various events and services, as well as
communicating with you through the functionalities available on social media platforms.


Please note that the administrators of social media platforms record your activity by means of cookies and other similar technologies each time you interact with our fanpages on LinkedIn or Facebook. Fanpage administrators have access to general statistics concerning your interests (as a visitor of the fanpage) and demographic data (such as age, gender, region). Within the use of social media platforms, the scope and purposes of processing within these platforms are determined by their administrators.


We process your data in the form of your name and email address provided by you as part of our marketing newsletter in order to send you commercial information, including information about the latest promotions or offers by electronic means.


On what legal basis do we process your data?

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is:

our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) consisting in promoting our own brand and building and maintaining a community related to the brand;
your consent to generate data for platform statistics on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR);
your consent to receive our Marketing Newsletter (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).


How long do we process your data?

We will process your personal data for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, in particular to fulfil our contractual and statutory obligations, and on the basis of your consent – until it is withdrawn.

LinkedIn, Facebook and other social media portals process your data when you use our fanpages for their own purposes not covered by this Privacy Policy. Who is the recipient of your personal data?

The recipients of your personal data, i.e. external entities that may participate in the processing of your data when you use our social media, will be our trusted subcontractors – providers of IT services in the area of data hosting and business email support, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland, which operates Facebook, and LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, which operates LinkedIn.


Nature of data provision

Your personal data – including IP address, other identifiers and other information – are collected via cookies or other similar technologies when you connect to our fanpages.

Within the use of our fanpages, the scope and purposes of processing in social media platforms are determined by the administrators of these platforms.

Providing your personal data for the purposes of the marketing newsletter is voluntary and necessary if you subscribe to the newsletter and consent to the processing of personal data for this purpose. Part IV. Processing of data for the purpose of marketing our own services

The following information applies to a person – a representative of our potential Client – whom we contact using data originating from publicly available sources, such as LinkedIn or company websites, solely related to business activity.

For what purpose do we process your data?

We process initial contact data in order to contact you and obtain information as to whether you are interested in cooperation.

If the answer is positive, we process your data in order to present you with an offer of cooperation.


On what legal basis do we process your data?

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is:

our legitimate interest – with regard to basic contact data that you make publicly available on a professional LinkedIn profile, on a website, or that you provide to us directly in another form. We have a legitimate interest in contacting you and presenting you with the possibility of cooperation;

your consent to the processing of personal data expressed during telephone or email communication or via LinkedIn, for the future processing of your data for the purpose of presenting you with offers of cooperation.


How long do we process your data?

Basic contact data obtained directly from you or from publicly available sources are processed only for the period necessary to establish contact, but no longer than until you object.

If you consent to receive offers of cooperation from us, we will process your data until the consent is withdrawn.


Who is the recipient of your personal data?

The recipient of your personal data, i.e. an external entity participating in the processing of your data, is our trusted subcontractor – a marketing agency supporting us in external communications.
