Venture capital firm, ERC, completes a deal with AISEEMO. ERC is supported by PGE Ventures, a corporate venture capital fund within the PGE Capital Group - Poland's largest energy sector company.
The ERC fund focuses on investing in technology projects related to energy solutions, Internet of Things (IoT), and data processing and communication technologies (ICT), primarily aimed at start-ups.

Aiseemo Sp. z o.o. is founded, with Cracow Centre for Innovative Technologies - INNOAGH Sp. z o.o. acquiring shares in the company.
INNOAGH's mission is to create spin-off academic technology startups and develop businesses based on knowledge and modern technologies.
Investment partners
The project is co-financed by the European Union under the European Regional Development Fund as part of Measure 1.3.1: Support for research and development projects in the preseed phase by proof of concept funds - Bridge Alfa titled 'Epic Alfa Fund for advanced technologies in the PoP and PoC phase,' implemented by ERC sp. z o.o.
Aiseemo sp. z o.o. benefits from support under the 'Legal Support for Startups' Program provided by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development Entrepreneurship. This program is financed from the state budget by the Ministry of Development, Labor, and Technology.
